To pack hot food in your insulated food jar - For best results:
- Fill the jar with boiling water and leave it for 5–10 minutes to warm the stainless steel.
- Heat food until it is hot.
- Tip out the water.
- Add the hot food straight away.
- Close the lid firmly.
- Pack upright in the lunch bag.
